About the role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
• Manage and optimize website content, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms, email, and blogs.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and email marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Open to freshers (no prior professional experience required).
