DevOps Engineer L4

About the role

The DevOps Engineer L4 will partner with application teams and developers to streamline integration and deployment processes. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating testing and releases, and ensuring smooth operation of the supporting IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage end‑to‑end DevOps pipelines covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring.
• On‑board applications onto the DevOps toolchain and configure them according to client requirements.
• Create and manage user access workflows following defined processes.
• Customize and engineer DevOps tools based on client specifications.
• Collaborate with development staff to develop scripts and code needed for software releases.
• Automate testing and deployment using appropriate DevOps tools.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within agreed TAT, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and troubleshoot repeatable or critical issues.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams to deliver CI/CD solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
