DevOps Engineer

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer within the Infosys delivery team, you will act as the bridge between the client and our technical services, ensuring quality, rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution and satisfaction monitoring.
• Understand requirements, create and review solution designs, and validate architecture.
• Participate in project estimation, provide delivery inputs and conduct technical risk planning.
• Perform code reviews, unit‑test plan reviews and guide teams toward high‑quality deliverables.
• Lead teams in building optimized, reliable systems that support digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps practices and cloud‑based solution delivery.
• Ability to work closely with clients, understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
