Customer Services Agent – Contact Centre (Ahmedabad)

About the role

Join Qatar Airways as a Customer Services Agent in the Ahmedabad contact centre. You will interact with passengers through phone, email and web chat, delivering high‑quality service and ensuring each customer’s journey is smooth and satisfying.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Promote, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create new reservations, modify existing bookings and issue tickets using the Amadeus GDS.
• Provide accurate fare quotes, process refunds and handle ticket re‑issuance.
• Escalate complex issues to senior contact‑centre staff when necessary.

Required profile

• High school qualification with at least 2 years of experience in airline reservation, ticketing or call‑centre environments.
• Familiarity with the Amadeus GDS; IATA or Airline Basic Tariff certification is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting.
