Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our international voice process. You will interact with guests and hosts, providing assistance across a range of topics while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone and, when needed, other support channels.
• Assist with bookings, cancellations, refunds, payments, reservations, listings, check‑in/check‑out, and account issues.
• Ask probing questions to fully understand the problem and deliver accurate resolutions using knowledge bases, tools, and procedures.
• Manage complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Investigate issues, escalate cases when required, and communicate clearly with customers.
• Document every interaction accurately in the relevant systems.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or graduate; open to freshers and experienced candidates.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening, comprehension, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑focused, empathetic attitude and basic computer/internet proficiency.
