About the role

Emirates is looking for a Customer Sales & Service Consultant to deliver exceptional service to its customers in Mumbai. The role focuses on promoting and selling Emirates products while ensuring a personalised experience across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and actively promote Emirates products and services.
• Upsell and cross‑sell to drive revenue growth aligned with customer needs.
• Handle every customer interaction with a personalised approach across all channels.
• Maintain full compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Keep product and system knowledge up‑to‑date and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Share ideas to enhance service quality, operational efficiency and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Right to work and live in India.
• Minimum 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in customer service or contact‑centre environments.
• Knowledge of back‑office and airline industry procedures.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and proficiency with Windows applications.
