Corporate Business Development – Corporate Leasing

About the role

The Corporate Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying, developing and managing relationships with corporate occupiers for office leasing. The role blends market research, client advisory and full‑cycle transaction management to deliver tailored leasing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new corporate leasing opportunities through networking, market mapping and referrals.
• Provide end‑to‑end leasing advisory services, including market intelligence, lease comparisons and financial analysis.
• Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure, coordinating site visits and negotiating terms with landlords and developers.
• Maintain market research on vacancy levels, rental benchmarks and upcoming developments to advise clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior corporate stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• MBA (Marketing/Finance/Real Estate) or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing.
• Strong business development and relationship management capabilities with ability to engage senior corporate stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Self‑driven, result‑oriented with strong financial and analytical abilities.
