About the role
JMT Consultants Detailing Private Limited is a global leading steel detailing, engineering and API development firm seeking an experienced Concrete and Rebar Editor to join its dedicated team. The position is full‑time and permanent, based in Bangalore, India. The role involves creating and editing concrete and rebar detail drawings and schedules according to customer requirements and US industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create and edit concrete and rebar detail drawings and rebar schedules per customer requirements and standards.
- Apply practical knowledge of rebar detailing in line with US industry standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete/rebar detailing.
- Proficiency with TEKLA Structures (preferred and required for computer work).
- Recent experience (within 1 year) with AISC/CISC standards.
- Computer literate and able to work with detailing software.
