Community Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Community Lead to shape and grow a global community for a rapidly evolving Layer 1 blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. Based in India, you will be the visible, positive face of the project, fostering authentic engagement across major social and community platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a vibrant global community presence on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram and other Web3 channels.
• Manage daily community interactions, ensuring conversations stay active, informative and welcoming.
• Design and execute growth strategies that boost participation, retention and long‑term engagement.
• Organise and coordinate virtual events that strengthen relationships within the ecosystem.
• Act as a proactive role model, maintaining an optimistic and authentic presence in discussions.
• Create engaging content—including memes, campaigns and discussions—to stimulate participation.
• Identify influential members, empower them as advocates and recognise their contributions.
• Monitor community sentiment, trends and emerging opportunities across the broader Web3 landscape.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting clear priorities and deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, creators and contributors.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading community initiatives within Layer 1 blockchain, DeFi, NFT or comparable Web3 environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing Web3 communities across social platforms.
• Track record of developing and delivering effective community growth strategies.
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with an authentic, optimistic engagement style.
• Deep understanding of blockchain and Web3 ecosystem trends.
