Cluster Director of Finance – Hospitality (Bengaluru)

About the role

The Cluster Director of Finance will lead financial operations across multiple Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn properties in Bengaluru. You will ensure compliance, drive profitability, and support the hospitality experience with sound financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with hotel goals to optimise profitability and efficiency.
• Direct annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and provide insights for business decisions.
• Advise hotel leadership, ownership and department heads with data‑driven recommendations.
• Maintain GAAP compliance, enforce strong financial controls and safeguard assets.
• Oversee financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy, transparency and timely delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with at least 10 years of hotel finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated alignment with Hilton core values: integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel systems such as OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS and HRLINK.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
