About the role
We are a well‑established chartered accountant firm in Fort, Mumbai, seeking experienced Chartered Accountants and B.Com graduates for our Taxation Division. The positions involve handling direct tax matters, interacting with clients, and contributing to process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Income Tax assessments, CIT appeals, ITAT appeals and Search & Survey matters under the Income Tax Act.
- Interact directly with clients, lead assignments and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
Required profile
- CA: 3‑4 years post‑qualification experience in Direct Tax, strong client handling skills and ability to work independently under senior partner guidance.
- B.Com: 1‑3 years experience in Direct Taxation with solid knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Excellent oral and written communication, proactive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.
