Associate Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the role

As an Associate Workplace Experience Coordinator at Anaplan, you will help maintain a well‑functioning office environment and support the upcoming lease office slated to open in Fall 2026. The role is onsite in Gurugram, Monday‑Friday, and focuses on improving daily operations and fostering an innovative workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day office operations and maintain an organized environment.
• Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment and manage vendor relationships.
• Schedule vendor services, handle service requests and on‑site visits.
• Liaise with building management, maintenance providers and office vendors.
• Support workplace health, safety and operational standards.
• Track facility invoices, service records and vendor performance.
• Assist with office moves, repairs and other operational projects.
• Manage facilities and space planning for the office.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in hospitality, real‑estate, property management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
• Experience using a badging or access‑control system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the broader Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or another ticket‑tracking system.
