Associate IRM Architect – ServiceNow (Hyderabad)

About the role

PWC is looking for an Associate IRM Architect to join its Internal Audit Advisory team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) testing, helping clients embed controls, manage risk events and report risk profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow IRM testing effort within the GRC team.
• Design, execute and maintain test cases for IRM, compliance tools, risk events and risk‑profile reporting.
• Drive quality assurance across the STLC lifecycle and ensure defects are tracked and resolved.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand risk management objectives and translate them into test scenarios.
• Mentor junior testers and provide technical leadership for testing tools.

Required profile

• 2‑9 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in ServiceNow (especially IRM) and 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of integrated risk management and compliance testing.
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• ServiceNow IRM QA and functional testing.
• Testing tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow ATF, Bugzilla.
• Automation experience with Selenium + Java or Playwright (optional but preferred).
• Knowledge of STLC lifecycle and test management processes.
