Associate Director – Capital Markets & Investment Services

About the role

Colliers is seeking an experienced real‑estate professional to lead the origination, structuring and execution of high‑impact transactions across the capital markets and investment services space. The role will advise developers and investors on fundraising, land and asset acquisitions, divestments and strategic financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with developers and investors to understand strategies, expansion plans and capital requirements.
• Advise on fundraising structures, land and asset acquisitions, and divestments.
• Originate and execute transactions including land acquisition, project fundraising, investment sales and structured real‑estate deals.
• Conduct market and industry analyses, thematic studies and opportunity assessments.
• Prepare company profiles, portfolio analyses, benchmarking reports and investor‑facing documents such as pitch books and information memorandums.
• Build and manage financial models covering cash‑flow projections, DCF valuations, LBO and M&A analyses.
• Coordinate with internal research, finance, legal and business‑development teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Required profile

• CA / MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• 10–15 years proven experience in land acquisition, fundraising and real‑estate transaction advisory.
• Demonstrated track record handling structured deals and complex negotiations.
• Deep understanding of real‑estate market trends, regulatory frameworks and investment landscapes.
