About the role
The Assistant Manager – HR Operations will support global employee services by executing end‑to‑end HR transactions from hire to retire. Working from the India GBS site, you will ensure timely and accurate processing while adhering to defined service catalogs and SLAs.
Key responsibilities
- Execute HR processes such as new hire, rehire, termination, and organizational changes in Employee Central and SAP.
- Maintain employee data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
- Manage service tickets using ServiceNow and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Collaborate with global markets and offshore teams to deliver consistent customer service.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in large‑scale global HR Operations or Shared Services.
- Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and cultures.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts when required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
