About the role

The Business School is seeking experienced faculty members to join its teaching and research team. Candidates will hold senior academic positions such as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor and will contribute to the school’s mission of delivering high‑quality business education.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate undergraduate and graduate courses in areas such as Management, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Human Resources, and Economics.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in reputable academic journals.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic committees, and student mentorship.
• Engage with industry partners to enhance practical learning experiences.

Required profile

• Current appointment as Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor at a recognised university or business school.
• Strong academic record with a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification from a top‑tier institution.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research within the business discipline.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of business subjects (Management, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, HR, Economics).
• Proven ability to develop curricula and deliver engaging lectures.
• Research competence with a record of publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
