AI/ML Developer – Walk‑in Interview in Pune (Aug 8)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our team in Pune. The role involves designing and delivering cutting‑edge generative AI solutions and working closely with data scientists during a walk‑in interview event on 8 August.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise generative AI architectures and models.
• Develop agentic AI solutions using large language models, including tool/function calling, Model Context Protocol, memory handling, workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets, ensuring high data quality for model training.
• Continuously evaluate model performance and apply improvements to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related IT field.
• 8‑15 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of AI methodologies such as generative models, machine learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
