Accountant – Day-to-Day Finance & Reporting

About the role

Shivtrinetra Aviation is seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting, financial records, billing, taxation, and reporting activities. The role works closely with management and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day accounts, cash book, bank book, ledgers and vouchers.
• Process sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments and expense entries.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain GST, TDS and other statutory compliance documents.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and clients as required.
• Track receivables and payables, follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly financial, MIS and expense reports for management.
• Verify bills, supporting documents and payment approvals.
• Monitor company expenses and assist management with financial tracking.
• Support audit, financial closing and other accounting‑related activities while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
• Good communication, coordination and independent working abilities.
