Warehouse Associate II

About the role

The Warehouse Associate II will oversee the efficient flow of materials and finished goods within our Bangalore facility. This role ensures that receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and unloading processes meet high standards of accuracy and speed, supporting overall supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, control, and monitor warehousing and distribution activities.
• Receive, stock, load, and unload merchandise while operating heavy‑duty equipment safely.
• Plan and coordinate the movement of materials to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including inventory tracking and transportation coordination.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and timely delivery of goods.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Physical stamina for handling goods and operating equipment.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse workflows.
