Curbside Associate – Customer Order Fulfillment

About the role
We are looking for a friendly Curbside Associate to handle online order pickups at our store. You will ensure a fast, accurate, and pleasant experience for customers collecting their orders at the curbside area.
Key responsibilities
- Receive daily order workflow from the dashboard and pick items efficiently.
- Bag products according to store standards and food‑safety guidelines.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and collect payment using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized staging area and work environment.
- Address customer concerns promptly and involve leadership when needed.
- Collaborate positively with teammates and store leadership.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years of retail or Meijer store experience preferred.
- Previous cashier or POS experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to follow food‑safety regulations and store procedures.
