US Accounting Specialist – On-site in Ahmedabad

About the role

Alpha Numeric Solutions is seeking a dedicated US Accounting Specialist to join our on‑site team in Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, managing journal entries, and providing financial guidance to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and journal entries in compliance with US accounting standards.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) and XERO for day‑to‑day bookkeeping.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all financial activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
• Assist clients with financial advice and support their accounting needs.

Required profile

• B.Com or M.Com degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working under a CA firm.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills in English.
