Transportation Representative – IN Channel Support

About the role

The Network Operation Center (NOC) team is seeking a Transportation Representative to join Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Central Operations. The role supports last‑mile transportation programs, ensuring smooth interaction between Amazon operators, third‑party carriers, and cross‑functional teams while managing configurations in Amazon tools.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central command for transportation execution across the Amazon supply‑chain network.
• Ensure timely pick‑up and delivery of freight from vendors to fulfillment centers and from fulfillment centers to carrier hubs.
• Resolve exceptions, keep all stakeholders informed, and perform tactical problem‑solving.
• Analyze network exception trends, automate processes, and propose process improvements.
• Monitor network data and support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Excel (macros, indexes, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups).
• Experience extracting data from databases using Excel, Access, SQL, or similar tools.
