Territory Sales Executive

About the role
The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and brand visibility across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, nightclubs, and membership clubs within an assigned territory. You will manage HoReCa accounts, build strong relationships with customers and trade partners, and ensure the brand’s presence is maximised in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Expand product distribution and ensure visibility in outlets.
- Execute promotions, activations, and merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Record meetings, activities, and updates in the sales app/portal.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market activity.
- Ensure timely collections and manage receivables.
- Follow company processes and compliance standards.
Required profile
- 3‑6 years of experience in HoReCa (beverages, institutional, wholesale, wines & spirits) within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or Hotel Management.
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Understanding of the luxury goods market.
