About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our client’s fast‑growing FinTech team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into active investors, driving revenue growth and delivering excellent customer engagement through both inbound and outbound communications.
Key responsibilities
- Make over 150 calls each day to connect with potential clients and drive sales conversations.
- Maintain more than 3 hours of effective talk time daily to advance the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets by applying structured negotiation and closing techniques.
- Improve lead conversion rates through consistent follow‑ups and reducing drop‑off.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + years of experience in telesales or related sales roles.
- Full‑time availability and willingness to work from Bengaluru.
- Strong communication skills for both inbound and outbound interactions.
