Tax Technology Consultant – DocuSign CLM (Multiple Cities)

About the role

Join Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting team to help leading organisations modernise their tax and legal processes through DocuSign CLM. You will work closely with tax and legal professionals to design, configure and implement contract‑management solutions that drive efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure DocuSign CLM and contract management solutions based on documented requirements.
• Conduct user‑acceptance testing, create comprehensive test scenarios and identify improvements.
• Gather, analyse and document contract‑management requirements and perform fit‑gap analysis.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts for new DocuSign functionalities and create playbooks or guides.
• Collaborate with tax and legal teams to streamline processes and integrate DocuSign with other applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing DocuSign CLM solutions.
• DocuSign CLM Consultant certification (proctored exam).
• Strong documentation, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage deliverables independently.
• Experience leading teams or managing projects (for senior candidates).
