Talent Attraction Sourcing Associate

About the role

As a Talent Attraction Sourcing Associate at Alithya, you will support US teams by identifying and pre‑screening specialized talent for IT consulting and digital transformation projects. You will leverage market analysis, advanced sourcing techniques, and AI tools to build high‑quality candidate pipelines while ensuring a professional, human candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor talent pools, track evolving skills, and conduct market analyses and benchmarking by role, location, and segment.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑ray techniques, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and profiles against defined criteria and forward qualified candidates to Talent Attraction Advisors for phone pre‑screening.
• Build and maintain up‑to‑date candidate pipelines in the ATS (ORC) and ensure data quality throughout the sourcing process.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in sourcing and talent research, preferably with candidates in North American markets.
• Strong command of advanced sourcing techniques and ability to analyze market data.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams.
