About the role
The Talent Attraction Manager will lead full‑cycle recruiting for technology and engineering positions, balancing hands‑on requisition ownership with people‑leadership responsibilities. This role partners closely with business and People leaders to ensure high‑quality hiring outcomes and a consistent candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruiting delivery for a defined scope while maintaining an active individual requisition load.
- Translate enterprise and regional talent attraction strategies into execution plans and recruiter priorities.
- Partner with business and People leaders to understand hiring demand, prioritization, and workforce needs.
- Provide insights on hiring progress, talent market conditions, and risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Coach, develop, and hold recruiters accountable for performance and engagement.
- Balance recruiter workloads and capacity while maintaining quality standards.
- Apply global TA governance, policies, and compliance consistently.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage recruiting technologies, analytics, and AI‑enabled solutions to inform decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 9+ years of talent attraction experience, preferably in technology or engineering hiring.
- Proven ability to balance hands‑on recruiting with people‑leadership in a player‑coach model.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and dashboards.
- Experience applying global talent acquisition governance and compliance standards.
