Style Associate – Retail Store

About the role

The Style Associate is the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a jewelry retail environment. You will support sales targets, maintain store standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Address customer queries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, communicate value, and stay updated on collections and promotions.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and support theft‑prevention protocols.
• Adapt to varied shift schedules, including weekends and evenings, and be open to intra‑cluster transfers.
• Collaborate with team members, contribute to a cohesive store environment, and uphold company policies and SOPs.

Required profile

• Graduate/HSC (freshers) or SSC qualification with up to 2 years retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and take on additional responsibilities.
