Specialist - Customer Service (Technical Spare Parts)

About the role

The Specialist – Customer Service (Technical Spare Parts) will manage master data, pricing, and order processing for spare parts within our ERP environment. You will support operational decisions through analysis, reporting, and inventory optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate master data, article codes, kits, price lists and backorder information in ERP systems.
• Prepare analyses, KPIs and reports to aid operational and management decisions.
• Process customer orders, perform inventory checks and handle invoicing.
• Clean inactive or incorrect items to optimise inventory and reduce costs.
• Monitor and prioritise open backorders, handling incoming tickets for pricing, lead‑time and standard requests.
• Ensure pricing stability, map spare parts correctly and benchmark prices against industry standards.
• Maintain spare‑parts catalogues, edit images and manage documentation after change‑management events.
• Support initial stocking, conduct basket analyses and generate demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in spare‑parts management or a similar supply‑chain role.
• Strong analytical, solution‑oriented thinking and clear, structured communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and BI tools such as Infor LN, ADD*ONE and Power BI.
• Data validation, master‑data management and pricing logic expertise.
• Experience with e‑learning authoring tools like PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline.
