Specialist – CDE, Design Coordination, PM Tools & Digital Twins

About the role

We are hiring a Specialist in CDE, Design Coordination, PM Tools and Digital Twins to support multiple upcoming infrastructure and aviation projects across Pan‑India. The role focuses on implementing and managing digital platforms that improve collaboration, data integration and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms for document and data control.
• Lead design coordination across multidisciplinary teams using BIM and digital collaboration tools.
• Deploy and administer Project Management (PM) tools for scheduling, cost tracking and reporting.
• Develop and support Digital Twin solutions throughout design, construction and operations phases.
• Ensure compliance with digital delivery standards, BIM execution plans and project protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and contractors to drive digital adoption.
• Integrate data between BIM models, PM tools and dashboards, and monitor digital performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in airside design and construction, preferably on aviation or large infrastructure projects.
• Experience with ISO 19650 standards and BIM governance.
• Knowledge of Digital Twin concepts and lifecycle data management.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
