Senior Tax Consultant – TMT & Global Compliance (New Delhi)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Tax – TMT – Global Compliance & Reporting team in New Delhi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality corporate tax advice to technology, media, entertainment and telecommunications clients while ensuring compliance with global tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in responding to client queries on corporate tax matters.
• Conduct technical research on income‑tax provisions affecting client operations.
• Prepare submissions for assessment and appellate proceedings and support representation before income‑tax authorities.
• Appear before tax authorities on routine matters and assist with administrative compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with global tax teams to deliver integrated compliance and reporting solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified professional with several years of experience in corporate tax, preferably within the TMT sector.
• Strong understanding of Indian income‑tax law and international tax principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced advisory environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet tight deadlines.
