About the role
3M is seeking a Segment Sales Manager for the Architectural market vertical. The role will be based in Bangalore and will lead a team of four professionals operating out of Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities for the Architectural market vertical.
- Promote the brand experience concept to architects, energy consultants, PMC’s and contractors.
- Understand customer pain points, analyse needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Expand the customer and channel base, identify new market segments and launch new products.
- Develop and maintain key‑account relationships to generate volume and value.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead a small sales team.
- Experience interacting with architects, energy consultants, PMC’s and contractors.
- Strong business development mindset with a focus on customer‑centric solutions.
