Security Guard

About the role

Join G4S as a professionally trained Security Guard responsible for safeguarding a variety of premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories. You will conduct foot or vehicle patrols, control access points, monitor CCTV, and respond to emergencies to protect people, property and information.

Key responsibilities

• Perform foot and vehicle patrols to detect hazards and unauthorized persons.
• Control entry and exit of individuals, materials and vehicles at designated points.
• Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV and access control.
• Secure equipment, assets and personnel, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the supervisor as per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, policy and procedural requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th pass.
• Height: at least 5'7" for men, 5'0" for women.
• Age: 18‑35 for freshers, up to 40 for experienced guards.
• Physically and medically fit, presenting a mature appearance.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring.
• Access control system operation.
