SAP Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end service delivery for transformational SAP projects and Application Management Services (AMS) at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing multiple client accounts, managing cross‑functional teams across geographies, and ensuring high‑quality delivery aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP Greenfield implementations, Brownfield upgrades and hybrid scenarios.
• Oversee all business operations, people, and delivery processes to guarantee consistent, high‑quality service.
• Manage cross‑functional, multi‑geography teams, driving operational efficiency and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships with C‑suite clients, act as primary escalation point for critical issues.
• Drive practice management initiatives, standardize operational models and optimize costs.
• Account for top‑line growth and bottom‑line profitability of the assigned portfolio.
• Lead employee retention, performance management and continuous learning for global delivery teams.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on delivery metrics, financial performance and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience managing complex SAP implementations and multi‑geography account operations.
• Full P&L accountability for service delivery portfolios.
• Proven ability to lead large cross‑functional teams and drive employee engagement.
• Strong client‑facing skills with experience interacting with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
