CPQ Solution Architect / Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a CPQ Solution Architect / Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of the end‑to‑end CPQ solution for the BBM Sales 360 program. The role involves translating complex business requirements into robust CPQ architectures while ensuring alignment with Bosch’s broader technology standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design the complete CPQ solution architecture for the BBM Sales 360 initiative.
• Analyze and refine business requirements, challenging them against industry and Bosch standards.
• Participate actively in the Program Architecture Board, presenting and documenting architectural decisions.
• Define integration patterns with CRM, CLM, pricing engines, and other surrounding systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other solution architects to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Maintain architectural quality, compliance with Bosch standards, and data‑privacy requirements.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience in consulting or solution architecture with a focus on CPQ.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end CPQ implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business needs into technical designs.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional IT teams, business units, and external partners.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ or Conga CPQ.
• Understanding of CPQ concepts such as quoting logic, pricing rules, and product configuration.
• Experience integrating CPQ solutions with CRM and Dynamics platforms.
• Knowledge of data integration and architecture patterns.
