Data Scientist

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Data Scientist to work closely with business units and engineering teams. You will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that drive product and process improvements, especially in automotive and manufacturing contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data‑driven business opportunities.
• Mine, clean, and analyze large data sets using advanced statistical methods.
• Design and implement customized ML/AI algorithms tailored to customer requirements.
• Build reusable AI/GenAI/ML models that can be scaled across multiple business lines.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper data capture and define analytic needs early in projects.
• Lead projects independently and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Create and maintain dashboards in PowerBI to communicate results to end users.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s or B.E. degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science or a related field from a reputable Indian institute.
• Strong knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, preferably in automotive or manufacturing domains.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a concise, data‑driven story to diverse audiences.
