About the role
The Retail Sales Executive (Executive N) will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Visakhapatnam territory. You will work closely with dealers, contractors and internal teams to achieve monthly business targets and expand market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute monthly sales plans to meet assigned business objectives.
- Support dealers through regular visits, scheme communication, and timely material and service delivery.
- Identify and open new dealer counters to increase sustainable sales potential.
- Analyze territory data, identify gaps, and launch initiatives to grow core and new product lines.
- Organise promotional activations, product‑awareness meetings and provide market feedback for scheme design.
- Manage dealer queries, ensure product availability, and coordinate promotional tools.
- Collect payments from dealers, monitor outstanding balances and minimise overdue accounts.
- Enroll contractors in loyalty programmes, update points and coordinate product launches.
- Investigate and resolve dealer and customer complaints within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with project sales, services and other verticals; prepare daily and monthly territory reports.
Required profile
- MBA preferred; a graduate degree is acceptable.
- Strong understanding of retail sales, dealer management and market development.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret territory data and drive initiatives.
