About the role
Nestlé Professional Lebanon is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the HORECA channel and support distributor performance. You will identify new opportunities, drive execution across assigned customers, and contribute to market growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage distribution performance metrics such as KPIs, TPS, IMS, stock cover, and collections.
- Increase coverage and penetration by hunting new leads, opportunities, and wins in assigned geographies and channels.
- Support new product launches and achieve IMS targets by platform.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure healthy SKU counts, and maintain timely sales collections.
- Grow market share, expand customer coverage, and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency; French is a plus.
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales administration or marketing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and adapt communication style to different audiences.
