Production Team Member – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Join Papa John's production team as a Production Team Member, where you will help create high‑quality dough that meets strict food‑service specifications. You will work in a sanitized environment, operate production equipment, and ensure proper handling and rotation of dough trays.

Key responsibilities

• Place dough balls into clean trays following PJ Food Service standards.
• Date, stack, and rotate trays while maintaining proper cooling temperatures.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Pre‑soak trays, run them through the tray washer, and perform lock‑out/tag‑out procedures before cleaning equipment.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dough‑processing equipment and the production room after each run.
• Document and sign off on sanitation, rejection procedures, dough weight, and other production processes.
• Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and perform general housekeeping in the Quality Control Center.
• Operate floor‑maintenance equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Food‑handling certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written or verbal instructions in English.
• Good eye‑hand coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
