Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will act as the primary liaison between Sales Operations and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of products and services. This individual contributor role supports cross‑functional teams including Sales, Finance, Trade Compliance, and Product Management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of TD SYNNEX’s business model, IT product attributes, and vendor requirements.
• Process high‑volume purchase requisitions in SAP, converting PRs to POs and submitting them to vendors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for sales personnel, coordinating with finance, trade compliance, and management.
• Track order status, update vendors on delivery dates, and communicate progress to sales and product managers.
• Handle drop‑ship orders, inbound processing of software licenses and services, and manage rejected orders.
• Support finance with invoice and credit‑note queries and process stock returns, rotations, and transfers.
• Ensure all activities comply with Purchasing and Global Trade Compliance guidelines.
