Principal Architect

About the role

The Principal Architect will act as a bridge between design and drafting teams, ensuring high‑quality drawings and technical solutions. Reporting to the Supervising Architect, you will lead advanced assignments, coordinate multidisciplinary activities, and help shape new architectural methods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups.
• Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required.
• Perform advanced technical assignments independently under the Supervising Architect’s direction.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities across disciplines.
• Assist in training and evaluating architectural and drafting personnel.
• Review and approve conceptual designs.
• Contribute to the development of new architectural methods and techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10‑13 years of architectural experience.
• Experience in the Middle East, US, or UK is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related design software.
• Ability to view projects from a big‑picture perspective.
