Plant HR Business Partner

About the role

Henkel is looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to lead people capability and cultural transformation within a manufacturing plant. The role combines workforce planning, talent development, and digital HR enablement to ensure the plant operates in line with global standards and is future‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Capability Program, covering functional competencies, transformational leadership, and high‑performing team initiatives.
• Coordinate learning journeys using the 70‑20‑10 model and adapt content for local languages.
• Drive Strategic Workforce Planning and implement front‑line worker and manager development programs.
• Champion Henkel’s ACT cultural transformation, DEI initiatives, and employee listening strategies.
• Enhance employer branding for production roles and support recruitment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing guidelines, and monitor living wage and pay‑equity standards.
• Promote adoption of digital HR tools, maintain accurate HR data, and contribute to best‑practice knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading capability development or transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
• Strong facilitation, project‑management, and influencing skills.
• Deep knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and social sustainability.
