About the role
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support our licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service at our Bengaluru pharmacy.
Key responsibilities
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications and organizing inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and guiding customers in purchasing over‑the‑counter medications.
- Ensure the pharmacy is clean, well‑maintained, and organized for efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical stock, orders, and medicine expiration dates.
- Handle cash registers, process transactions, and manage billing efficiently.
- Support pharmacists in preparing and labeling medication under supervision.
- Assist with the management of pharmaceutical supplies and stock levels.
- Adhere to all pharmacy protocols, including confidentiality and safety regulations.
