Operator / Executive – LVP

About the role

We are looking for an Operator / Executive to support Large Volume Production (LVP) activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves handling batch processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Perform batch calculation and dispensing operations.
• Execute CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) activities.
• Conduct filter integrity testing.
• Prepare solutions and batches in accordance with cGMP and GDP guidelines.
• Reconcile material inventories and manage material movement.
• Carry out sterilization activities.
• Apply knowledge of calibration, PMP, and validation procedures.

Required profile

• Experience with batch manufacturing and dispensing.
• Familiarity with CIP/SIP processes and filter integrity testing.
• Understanding of cGMP and GDP requirements.
• Ability to manage material reconciliation and movement.
• Knowledge of sterilization, calibration, and validation activities.
