About the role
The Office & Administration Manager will ensure the smooth operation of our headquarters, providing essential support to senior leadership and maintaining a safe, well‑equipped workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee office upkeep, maintenance, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Supervise Receptionist and Office Operations staff and act as the primary safety contact.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director, senior leaders, and global visitors in India.
- Manage admin tasks linked to sales, marketing, and training activities such as exhibitions, press releases, roadshows, KOL engagements, and educational programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events and support internal communications to foster a highly engaged culture.
- Participate in the CSR Working Group and maintain the Business Continuity Plan as the coordinator.
- Prepare policies, SOPs, presentations, briefs, and reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, export, and security regulations.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate degree.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a global MNC (10 years preferred).
- High energy with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and driven by continuous improvement.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
