About the role

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and assess IT talent for a variety of client requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting targets and monitoring performance (Team Lead role).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering suitable candidates (Account Manager role).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to handle client accounts and deliver results.
• Leadership experience for the team‑lead position.
