About the role

Earth vibe is looking for a highly creative Multi‑Cuisine Chef to lead its upscale kitchen in Kozhikode. You will blend authentic Italian and Japanese techniques with macro‑friendly healthy gastronomy, delivering visually striking, nutritionally balanced dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute gourmet Italian dishes such as pastas, risottos, and artisanal sauces.
• Prepare Japanese specialties, including sushi rolling, precise knife work, and umami balancing.
• Create calorie‑counted, macro‑friendly meals for fitness‑focused clients while maintaining fine‑dining presentation.
• Manage a boutique bakery section, overseeing artisanal breads, dough fermentation, and upscale desserts.
• Apply food‑science techniques to enhance flavor, texture, and natural preservation.
• Maintain consistent plating aesthetics and oversee ingredient inventory, kitchen hygiene, and waste reduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with a focus on Italian and Japanese cuisines.
• Hands‑on commercial baking and pastry production experience.
• Strong understanding of culinary nutrition and macro profiling.
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
