Medical Doctor – Clinical Lead for Wellness & Longevity Center

About the role

Matrix is launching a premium wellness and longevity center and seeks a qualified Medical Doctor to serve as the clinical lead. This is a unique opportunity to shape a high‑performance recovery and preventive health destination that combines IV nutrient therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, whole‑body cryotherapy, and emerging longevity protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Design, supervise, and continuously improve clinical protocols across IV therapy, HBOT, cryotherapy, and related services.
• Conduct client assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Ensure clinical safety, thorough documentation, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a multidisciplinary clinical team including nurses and technicians.
• Collaborate on the science‑driven roadmap as the service offering expands.

Required profile

• MBBS degree (mandatory); MD or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Valid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (or transferable registration).
• Experience or strong interest in integrative, preventive, functional, or regenerative medicine.
• Familiarity with IV nutrient therapy; HBOT certification a plus or willingness to obtain it.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills and an evidence‑based mindset.
