About the role
We are seeking a Legal Documentation Executive to manage all legal formalities related to real‑estate transactions. The role involves coordinating with customers, banks, advocates and government offices to ensure smooth processing of revenue and property documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and verify customer KYC and property documents.
- Prepare, review and process agreements, registrations and other legal paperwork.
- Coordinate with banks, advocates and relevant government departments for timely approvals.
- Maintain organized records and documentation files.
- Assist in loan processing, compliance checks and related legal tasks.
Required profile
- Graduate in any stream (LLB preferred but not mandatory).
- 2‑5 years of experience in revenue/property documentation.
- Familiarity with land records and property legal formalities.
- Strong communication, coordination and detail‑orientation.
Required skills
- Knowledge of land record systems and property documentation processes.
