About the role
You will focus on growing and developing existing clients while generating new business in the food ingredients, flavours and fragrance sectors. The role requires a proactive approach to identify, implement and execute sales strategies tailored to the Bangalore and South Indian markets.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and develop existing client relationships in the food ingredients, flavours and fragrance sectors.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities by implementing targeted sales strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Bangalore and South Indian market dynamics to tailor solutions.
- Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- B.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within food ingredients, flavours or fragrance industry.
- Proven track record of handling key and institutional accounts.
- Strong ownership mindset, result‑oriented and resilient.
